The Fibrous Dysplasia Foundation maintains a database of physicians with experience treating Fibrous Dysplasia, McCune Albright Syndrome and Cherubism.

It includes a wide range of experienced specialists who treat children and adults, including but not limited to: orthopedics, endocrinology, craniofacial surgery, pain management, and dentistry.

In order to be listed, physicians must complete an application with information about their training, clinical experience and relevant publications.  This application is reviewed by the Medical Advisory Board of the Foundation, before individuals are listed.

Patients: Please and deliver or mail the Physician Referral Application to your doctor with a personal request that she or he participate.

Physicans: Please complete and submit a Physician Referral Application  to the FD Foundation by email or postal mail along with your CV.
